One address, and a straight answer about fit.

There is no form on this page and no sequence behind it. Email hello@hearthadvisory.com and you reach Ibrahim, who does the work.

Say what the portfolio or the workflow is, roughly where the data lives, and what you would want to be true in a month. That is enough to answer whether this is a fit.

Pick the subject line

Same address, different starting point.

Each of these opens an email to the same inbox with the subject already filled in. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Sample diagnostic You want to see the written format of a Credit Portfolio Diagnostic before sending anything CreditIntel
15-minute walkthrough Fifteen minutes on screen walking the synthetic demonstration portfolio, so you can judge the format quickly CreditIntel
Workflow sprint fit You have one recurring finance or operations step that is still assembled by hand and want to know if it is scopeable Sprint
Search clarity baseline You want to know what a dated baseline receipt would show for your own business before deciding anything Local Search Clarity
Something else A question that does not fit the categories above, including whether Hearth is the wrong provider for it General

Fit criteria

Worth an email, and not worth one.

Stated plainly so nobody spends two weeks discovering the answer in a call.

GOOD FIT

The work is specific and the data exists

  • a company that sells on terms and carries customer credit risk
  • an export your systems already produce, even a messy one
  • one portfolio, or one workflow, that can be named in a sentence
  • somebody who can confirm what a field actually means
  • a person who will own the result afterwards
POOR FIT

The request is open ended or decision making

  • a mandate to modernize a function rather than finish one piece of work
  • software that makes credit decisions without an analyst
  • an ongoing monthly retainer with no defined end
  • a guarantee about rankings, leads, savings or revenue
  • work that needs an account team rather than one person

What happens next

Four steps, and any of them can be the last one.

01

A reply from a person

Usually within two working days. Either a straight answer to your question, one or two clarifying questions, or a plain statement that this is not a fit and why.

02

Fifteen minutes, if it is useful

A screen share walking the synthetic demonstration portfolio, or a conversation about the workflow. If the format is not useful you will know by minute five, and saying so is a normal outcome.

03

A written scope before any work

What is in scope, what the inputs are, what the output contains, what checks it has to pass, and what is explicitly excluded. Nothing starts on a verbal understanding.

04

The work, then the handoff

The deliverable, the reconciliation behind it, and the notes needed to run or repeat it. Fixed scope means the engagement has a defined end, not an automatic renewal.

No data is required to start a conversation. Nothing needs to be sent until a written scope exists and you decide what to share. There is no form on this site, no tracking pixel, and no marketing sequence attached to the address.

The address

hello@hearthadvisory.com

One inbox, read by the person who would do the work. A description of the portfolio or the workflow is enough to get a useful answer back.
